Excellent Apartments! This is my first apartment. I didn't expect it would be this great. I enjoy living here. The rent and space is sufficient enough for one person. Pets are allowed and close to stores and Tacoma Mall. The apartments are brand new on the inside and there were no deficiencies and the manager and is very helpful.
This place is great! I still live here going on almost a year now. Its quiet, we have great parking and the office staff is just wonderful. This is my second apartment in this area of town and I would definitely say I made a good choice with this one. There's free tanning. The office staff has always worked with us in times of need or maintenance. They are wonderful. The grounds are well lit and maintained. It's close to the freeway so its a quick drive to the military installations. A+++++
Fantastic place to live. I have lived in Tacoma my whole life. Several different apartment complexes. This by far has been the best place I have lived. I just signed my new lease for year 3. Everything always looks great, staff is really nice. The Manager has been here for at least 5 years which is so nice. She knows all the residents and is always holding babies. The maintenance guys always fix everything pretty fast, better than my last place. I will continue to live here.
